Job Description

Description

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives through new customer acquisition and customer retention. This position is also responsible for production and addressing customer needs as needed by the branch.


Pay: 40,000 - 45,000 + Commission and Bonus OTE of 80K-100K


Key Responsibilities 

Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, referrals, and local engagement. 

Conduct property assessments and recommend tailored solutions. Present proposals, explain service programs, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets. 

Collaborate with branch management to align sales efforts with operational capacity. 

Track leads, appointments, and conversions in CRM (HubSpot or Real Green). Follow up promptly on quotes and customer inquiries to maximize close rates. 

Perform outreach through phone calls and property visits to retain existing customers and strengthen long-term relationships. 

Represent Fairway professionally at community events and homeowner associations. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service communication. 

Requirements

Qualifications

2+ years of field or outside sales experience (home services or related preferred). 

Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile sales technology.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
