Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead end‑to‑end AI driven solution development, from problem framing to model deployment and monitoring
  • Design and implement predictive, statistical, and machine learning models
  • Analyze large, complex datasets across multiple domains to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to productionize models using scalable pipelines and cloud platforms
  • Apply responsible AI principles, including model explainability, fairness, and governance
  • Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance on best practices
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML techniques and tools to drive innovation and reuse
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, or Computer Engineering
  • 4+ years of hands‑on experience analytics or applied machine learning
  • Experience building and validating statistical and ML models in real‑world business settings
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms (Azure)
  • Experience with GenAI or LLMs, NLP
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Familiarity with ML Ops, model lifecycle management, and monitoring in production
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
  • Solid proficiency in Python, PySpark and SQL
  • Proven solid communication skills with the ability to translate technical outputs into business impact
