Requirements
Must enjoy working outdoors and be ready to work hard.
- Previous experience in landscape construction preferred (will train the right candidate)
- For foreman-level positions, 3-5 years' experience in the landscape construction field, and prior experience managing a crew
- Ability to lift 80lbs+; work outside in inclement weather; bending, squatting, lifting, reaching
- Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts and Saturdays if needed (overtime available)
- Dependability and Reliability: showing up on time to support your team.
- Valid Driver’s License w/acceptable driving record
- DOT card or the ability to obtain a DOT card
- Valid Hoisting License and/or the ability to obtain a 2A/1C
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 a plus
