Shake Shack is a modern day "roadside" burger stand serving deliciously classic burgers, fries, hot dogs, frozen custard, beer, wine, and more. With our fresh, simple, high-quality food at a great value, Shake Shack is a fun and lively community-gathering place unlike any other. As we experience tremendous growth, our leaders are the driving force to our continued success. We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic Team Member who loves to serve!

As a Shack Team Member, you will learn as you grow – training on every aspect of the operation and progressing in responsibility and pay. You will acquire various certifications along the way and will gain skills and experience to help you contribute to your success and ours. Get on the fast track to become a Shack Trainer and Cross Trainer at a pace that YOU have the opportunity to drive!

Qualifications:

· No previous experience required!

· Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus

· Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment

· Self-motivated achiever interested in taking on additional roles and responsibilities

· Open availability is strongly desired

· Must be dedicated to excellence and hospitality

Responsibilities:

· Must demonstrate reliability to deliver service in a fast, friendly and accurate manner

· Food preparation, cooking and cleaning – delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests

Our Benefits Include:

· Competitive hourly pay aligned to age-based rates:

• • £9.00 per hour for Team Members under 18
  • £11.85 per hour for Team Members aged 18–20
  • £12.71 per hour for Team Members aged 21 and over (National Living Wage)

On successful completion of training across four certifications, the hourly rate increases by 50p per hour

About Us

Beginning as a hotdog cart in New York City’s Madison Square Park, Shake Shack was created by Danny Meyer, Founder and CEO of Union Square Hospitality Group and best-selling author of Setting the Table. Shack Fans lined up daily, making the cart a resounding success, and donating all proceeds back to the park beautification efforts. A permanent stand was eventually built…and the rest is Shack history!
