Helms Home Care is seeking to hire LPN or RN's for hourly private-duty home care in Matthews, NC 28104. The nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, Trilogy machine, ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc. and experience caring for patients on a ventilator and tracheostomy and or be willing to train. Full and part time positions available. Shifts available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Saturday from 7am-3pm .


Full time positions (minimum 30 hours per week) include full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, PTO and simple IRA with 3% company match.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Assist with ADLs, PROM, lifting/moving, etc.
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Communicate promptly with scheduling personnel
