Danone Place Amsterdam is the global head office of our Specialized Nutrition Unit where the global strategies are rolled out to the rest of the world. About the Job As a part of the Regulatory Affairs team in Specialized Nutrition division, your focus will be on overseeing, reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing regulatory affairs issues in SNU in Early Life Nutrition category. Main responsibilities of this role: Ensure the regulatory compliance of our products and communication (food classification, composition, labelling and advertising) Validate the communication on health benefits and nutritional properties of our products Prepare regulatory guidance documents as required Analyze and monitor upcoming legislations in EU, AMEA, APAC and AMERICAs. Provide trainings to our internal stakeholders Contribute to animate the Regulatory Affairs Community Worldwide About You Education You have a Master’s degree in Food Technology, Life Sciences or Food Law Functional competencies Actual and in-depth knowledge about various international food law, ingredients and formulations, product communication and advertising in infant/toddler nutrition area Proven experience with international regulatory affairs supporting product development in the infant/toddler formula industry Ability to work cross-functionally within organization and communicate effectively to all stakeholders Ability to understand and assess regulatory risks & opportunities and the business impact Ability to bring new or alternative regulatory solutions for the business Capacity to drive independently Regulatory issues and take responsibility for decisions Ability to support dispute resolution and crisis management General competencies Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills Ambitious to deliver the best quality in a timely manner Ability to manage several projects in parallel Strong networking skills inside and out About Us Working at Danone is a unique experience.
