The Driver is responsible for operating one of the company’s semi-trucks. The driver is responsible for the delivery of freight to and from customers professionally and safely. This is a 1099 Over the Road Position. We do not have forced dispatch and our drivers are able to travel to the states or areas of their preference.

About the Job:
The Driver is responsible for operating one of the company’s semi-trucks. The driver is responsible for the delivery of freight to and from customers professionally and safely. This is a 1099 Over the Road Position. We do not have forced dispatch and our drivers are able to travel to the states or areas of their preference.
Essential Task, Requirements, & Responsibilities:
- Operate and drive a semi-truck safely and professionally to transport products.
- Perform the daily safety checks of equipment.
- Properly secure loads for safe transport when necessary.
- Interface with customers and other warehouse personnel in a professional manner.
- Possibly operate a forklift to efficiently transport material and load/unload products from trucks.
- Travel out of state and be able to stay out over the road for at least a week.
CDL-A Company driver enjoys:
- $1500 - $3500 average weekly gross!
- Steady lane.
- This is a 50-50 arrangement.
- No forced dispatch – Loads and destinations are discussed with our driver before being booked.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Safety-conscious behavior.
- Must have punctuality and excellent attendance.
- Experience operating dry vans.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- 2 years of driving experience is required.
- At least 23 years old.
- Truck GPS required.
- Must have a Smartphone with data.
- MVR and PSP records should be reasonably clean.
- Not prohibited in DOT Clearinghouse.
- Negative drug test results.
- No major convictions on the Criminal background check.
- Must be able to stay over the road for at least a week.
