PCC Development & Research
Position Scope
Analyzes guest satisfaction surveys daily and provide findings, feedback, and recommendations to management.
Responsible for execution of customer satisfaction research studies.
Performs initial screenings of product and service development proposals.
Works closely with the Development & Research Project Coordinator, other Polynesian Cultural Center departments, and third-party entities to carry out required and assigned legwork to prepare for the launch of approved new products, services, programs, and research at the Polynesian Cultural Center.
Utilizes a computer terminal to employ development and research software programs such as, but not limited to, Qualtrics, Power BI, Sawtooth, Teams, Python, Meraki & Axper cameras and Perception Analysis. Previous experience helpful but not required.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Development & Research Project Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
Must have effective computer skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Word and various online portal interfaces.
Must be self-motivated with strong self-management skills.
Has demonstrated interest, aptitude, and skill in statistics and computer programming.
Proficiency in statistical software such as R and Python as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Should be familiar with project management.
Must attach resume and current semester class schedule (weekly view).
