Position Scope

  • Analyzes guest satisfaction surveys daily and provide findings, feedback, and recommendations to management.   

  • Responsible for execution of customer satisfaction research studies.   

  • Performs initial screenings of product and service development proposals. 

  • Works closely with the Development & Research Project Coordinator, other Polynesian Cultural Center departments, and third-party entities to carry out required and assigned legwork to prepare for the launch of approved new products, services, programs, and research at the Polynesian Cultural Center. 

  • Utilizes a computer terminal to employ development and research software programs such as, but not limited to, Qualtrics, Power BI, Sawtooth, Teams, Python, Meraki & Axper cameras and Perception Analysis. Previous experience helpful but not required. 

  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Development & Research Project Coordinator. 

Required Qualifications

  • Must have effective computer skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Word and various online portal interfaces.  

  • Must be self-motivated with strong self-management skills. 

  • Has demonstrated interest, aptitude, and skill in statistics and computer programming.   

  • Proficiency in statistical software such as R and Python as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

  • Should be familiar with project management.

Base Rate Per Hour
$16.00

Work Schedule
TBD 19 Hours per week

Approximate starting hourly rate:

$14.00 - $16.00
