About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team in the Construction industry. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization and ensuring its financial health. You will be expected to develop and execute financial strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. Your role will be critical in driving the company's growth and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a CFO or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience in the Construction industry
  • CPA or CFA certification

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
