What You Will Do:

Owner of warehouse inventory KPIs including turns, inventory balance, truck replenishments, and support Operations to serve customers:

  • Order placement with vendors
  • PO entry in ERP Vision System
  • Oversee order receipts and shipping documentation
  • Work with key vendors to confirm on time delivery
  • Cycle counts / physical inventory
  • Warranty and Core Management
  • Cross functional + Team communication
  • Lead warehouse material handlers / clerks
  • Maintain chain of custody standards to control leakage
  • Support inventory transfers across branches
  • Maintain right-size inventory levels of key parts

 

What We Look For

3+ years’ experience in warehouse inventory management including ;

  • Vendor Ordering
  • Restocking per MIN MAX levels
  • 1+ year w/ major EPR system experience (e.g. SAP, Vision, MS, Acumatica)
  • Truck or Bin restocking demand management
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of inventory processes including warranty, returns, purchase orders, inventory reports, cycle count management, physical inventory processes, inventory metrics
  • 3+ years supporting Field Services type industry
  • Inventory management scope of 500+ SKUs / $1M avg inventory balance
