Chez indie, situé dans le Parc Technologique de la ville de Québec, nous recherchons un.e Technicien·ne en administration – Comptabilité et paie pour rejoindre l’équipe des finances et jouer un rôle clé dans les opérations financières quotidiennes.

Responsabilités

  • Soutenu par un service externe de la gestion de la paie : produit, analyse et assure le suivi du traitement de la paie et tous les éléments s’y rattachant, pour les employés de Québec et de Toronto;
  • Produit et analyse les comptes à recevoir et tous les éléments s’y rattachant (ouverture de compte, facturation, encaissements, collection, gestion de l’EDC);
  • Prépare les lots de paiements aux fournisseurs pour les différentes entités au sein du groupe indie;
  • Participe aux processus de clôture financière mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle;
  • Participe aux différents processus d’audit;
  • Participe au calcul des réclamations pour les subventions;
  • Prépare divers rapports statistiques.

Profil

  • DEC ou AEC dans une technique de comptabilité ou en technique administrative – option comptabilité;
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente;
  • Bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office et maîtrise d’Excel;
  • Niveau d'anglais avancé afin d’assurer une communication adéquate avec les collaborateurs anglophones (collègues, clients, fournisseurs);
  • Connaissance d’EmployeurD et de NetSuite (atout);
  • Sens de l’organisation, rigueur, esprit de collaboration, autonomie.

At indie, located in the Quebec City Technology Park, we are seeking an Administration Technician – Accounting and Payroll to join the Finance team and play a key role in day-to-day financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supported by an external payroll management service: prepares, reviews, and ensures follow-up of payroll processing and all related elements for employees in Québec and Toronto;
  • Prepares and reviews accounts receivable and all related activities (account setup, billing, collections, cash receipts, management of EDC);
  • Prepares batches of vendor payments for the various entities within the indie group;
  • Participates in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes;
  • Participates in various audit processes;
  • Participates in the calculation of grant claims;
  • Prepares various statistical reports.

Profile

 

  • DEC or AEC in Accounting or Administrative Techniques – Accounting option;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, with advanced proficiency in Excel;
  • Advanced level of English to ensure effective communication with English-speaking stakeholders (colleagues, clients, suppliers);
  • Knowledge of EmployeurD and NetSuite (an asset);
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, team spirit, and autonomy.
