$37K–$54K | Paid Training | Work Alongside Master Techs


Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring an Entry-Level Technician—but this is not a typical lube tech position.

You’ll start with maintenance work, but you’ll also work directly with experienced flat-rate technicians, learning real diagnostics and repair skills from day one.

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Strong automotive background
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others. 
  • Basic computer skills. 
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to understand and apply common sense.
  • Clean driving record 
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen.
