Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Agent to join our cultivation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily monitoring and maintenance of cannabis plants, ensuring that our plants are healthy and productive. Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company, local, and state regulations related to the cultivation of cannabis.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and warehouse at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of all cultivation equipment.
• Assist in the daily care and maintenance of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, topping, trimming, and harvesting, while monitoring plant health and productivity.
• Measure, mix, and apply nutrients to the plants.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital records in seed-to-sale tracking software.
• Actively contribute to development of departmental and company goals, as well as suggestions in for process improvement and reductions in cost.
• Clarify expectations and seek additional training as needed.

Work Conditions:

• Physical demands include standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
• Indoor warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ in compliance with state cannabis laws.
• Must be able to adhere to strict attendance standards that require you show up to all scheduled shifts at or before the scheduled start time.
• Experience growing plants in a greenhouse environment preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Willing and able to secure Nevada Cannabis Compliance Board (CCB) issued Cultivation Agent Card.
