Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution & Leadership

  • Lead and supervise installation crews on customer sites nationwide 
  • Execute installations per engineering drawings and specifications 
  • Coordinate daily work to meet schedules and timelines 
  • Collaborate with Installation Manager on scope and milestones 
  • Maintain accountability for productivity and workmanship quality 

Travel & Field Operations

  • Travel approximately 70–90% across the United States 
  • Work on-site for 2–6 weeks per project 
  • Coordinate lodging during assignments 
  • Represent the company professionally at customer sites 

Safety & Compliance

  • Act as on-site safety leader 
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety policies 
  • Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure proper PPE use 
  • Identify and mitigate hazards 
  • Report incidents and near misses 

Technical & Problem-Solving

  • Interpret engineering drawings and layouts 
  • Troubleshoot field conditions and conflicts 
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve issues 
  • Ensure installations meet quality standards 

Customer Interaction

  • Serve as the primary on-site representative 
  • Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and inspectors 
  • Provide project updates and manage expectations 
  • Maintain strong professional relationships 


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periods (8–12+ hours per day) 
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50–75 pounds (with or without assistance) 
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing 
  • Ability to work at heights (ladders, lifts, scaffolding) and in confined spaces 
  • Manual dexterity to operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment 
  • Ability to work in a variety environmental conditions, including: 
    • Indoor and outdoor job sites 
    • Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and temperature fluctuations 
  • Visual ability to read blueprints, measurements, and technical documents 
  • Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, harnesses, and respirators 
  • Physical stamina to travel frequently and adapt to demanding field schedules 


Compensation:  Hourly Rate-DOE, authorized OT, Per Diem, Lodging, Mileage, Flights, Project Completion Bonuses
