    Job Summary: Under the direction of the Executive Director of Special Education Services, responsible for providing learning support and consultation services to assist school staff  in determining school program, service eligibility and interventions for students who have special physical, cognitive, social and emotional adjustment needs. 

    Salary Range: $75,242 - $149,387 per the 2025-2026 Snohomish Education Association Total Compensation Salary Schedule (anticipated increase for the 2026-27 school year). Placement on the salary schedule is determined by official documentation verifying educational level and work experience. Salary will be prorated for less than a full-year and/or part-time employees.  

    Contract: 180-days, includes 12 sick and 3 personal days per year (prorated for less than a full year school year)

    FLSA Status:  Exempt

    Certification/License: Valid WA State ESA Certification as required for position.

    Education:  Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to teaching/educational staff associate assignment.
