Sheikh Sultan Bin Zayed Hospital (SSBZH), part of the M42 healthcare network, is seeking a qualified Specialist ENT to provide comprehensive diagnostic, medical, and surgical ENT services. The role involves managing a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions across outpatient and inpatient settings while maintaining the highest standards of clinical care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of ENT conditions in adult and pediatric patients.
- Perform ENT procedures and surgeries within the scope of granted clinical privileges.
- Conduct outpatient clinics and provide inpatient consultations and on‑call coverage as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatrics, anesthesia, radiology, and nursing services.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, hospital bylaws, and clinical governance standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, audits, and patient safety programs.
- Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Completion of a recognized ENT (Otolaryngology) specialty training program.
- Board Certification / CCT / CCST / Arab Board or equivalent qualification.
- Valid DOH Specialist ENT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 3–5 years post‑specialization experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
