Xcite Automotive is seeking an Automotive Detail Shop Assistant Manager for our partner dealers in Elizabeth City, North Carolina

 

Job Description:  This role supports daily detailing production, leads technicians, and ensures all vehicles meet dealership-ready quality standards. The Assistant Manager helps drive workflow efficiency, maintain operational compliance, and uphold performance expectations within a fast-paced reconditioning environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily detailing production in a high-volume dealership environment


• Lead, train, and hold detail technicians accountable to quality standards


• Perform hands-on interior and exterior detailing, including paint correction and polishing as needed


• Conduct final quality control inspections prior to vehicle delivery


• Monitor workflow efficiency, turnaround times, and shop productivity


• Enforce safety and operational compliance standards
