What You�ll Do:

• Complete apartment repairs and prepare units for move-in
• Maintain all building systems, amenities, and grounds
• Respond promptly to service requests and after-hours calls
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment care
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous maintenance experience
• HVAC experience
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• CPO Certification � Strongly preferred
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Reliable transportation, basic tools, and ability to work on-call as needed
