Responsibilities:
- Review inbound marketing leads, map prospects to buying center and target specific solutions.
- Develop and manage a cadence to systematically nurture potential leads that are not ready to purchase based on best-practice and results.
- Drive sales by ensuring proper management of marketing initiatives and processes that support lead management, enhanced data quality, and improved lead quality.
- Maintain the marketing database strategies in relation to segmentation, data cleanliness and completeness.
- Report successes and areas of improvement of marketing campaigns and lead generation strategy to marketing leadership.
- Support and drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of operational marketing reports to others outside of marketing.
- Extract insights on behavior of customers acquired through the field and channel marketing using analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases.
- Surface analytical insights by investigating root causes of irregular data and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Create, manage, and report on lead generation and nurture campaigns in the Salesforce ecosystem, consisting of the optimization and implementation of buyer personas and journeys, and dissemination of marketing content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field such as Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- 1-2 years working experience in a marketing capacity or strong marketing-focused internship experience
- Proficiency in the use of tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools etc. is considered an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must given the cross-functional nature of this position
