Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, where you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that connects our customers to the products they love. From answering questions to processing orders and resolving issues, you'll play a key role in ensuring satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
- Process orders for fresh and frozen bread with accuracy and care
- Communicate professionally with Brokers, Buyers, and our Sales Team
- Proactively identify and resolve pricing, delivery, and quantity issues
- Provide product brochures, spec sheets, and photos upon request
- Support large-volume customers with top-tier service
- Maintain accurate records of quality and service issues
- Set up new customer accounts and manage data entry
- Stay informed about our products and their applications across industries
