Maintain internal data tools and ensure clean, reliable downstream data
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD practices, and development standards
Monitor and resolve data quality issues using observability tools
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
Required Experience & Education

Proficiency in Snowflake (or similar), SQL, and performance optimization
Hands-on experience with dbt and ELT tools (e.g., Fivetran)
Working knowledge of Python for data pipelines
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and documentation best practices
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience with data observability/quality tools (e.g., Elementary, dbt Expectations)
Knowledge of data governance (ownership, access control, masking)
Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools
Experience in manufacturing or multi-site environments
Familiarity with data science or machine learning workflows
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
