As a Remote Vacation Consultant, you’ll oversee the details of client trips from start to finish. Your organizational skills ensure smooth, hassle-free travel for every client.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation, lodging, tours, and dining reservations
  

• Manage travel documents and itinerary details
  

• Handle schedule changes and emergencies
  

• Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel
  

• Work with vendors to secure the best rates and experiences

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
  

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
  

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  

• Customer service or administrative background
  

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
  

• Comfortable working independently and remotely
