Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development coordination, compensation & benefits administration, performance management processes, and employee engagement activities
  • Work closely with the business to understand their priorities and people needs, provide timely and practical HR support
  • Maintain accurate HR data and generate people insights and reports to support informed decision‑making
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process optimization, workflow enhancement, and digitalization initiatives, including the adoption of new HR technologies and AI‑enabled tools
  • Participate in global, regional, and local HR projects as required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable MNC and fast‑paced environment
  • Solid understanding of Hong Kong labour laws and HR regulations; exposure to supporting overseas markets is an advantage
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset with interest or experience in process enhancement, digitalization, or AI-driven HR tools
  • Data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well‑organized, detail‑minded, and solution‑oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is an advantage
