Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, learning & development coordination, compensation & benefits administration, performance management processes, and employee engagement activities
Work closely with the business to understand their priorities and people needs, provide timely and practical HR support
Maintain accurate HR data and generate people insights and reports to support informed decision‑making
Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting process optimization, workflow enhancement, and digitalization initiatives, including the adoption of new HR technologies and AI‑enabled tools
Participate in global, regional, and local HR projects as required

Requirements:

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in a sizable MNC and fast‑paced environment
Solid understanding of Hong Kong labour laws and HR regulations; exposure to supporting overseas markets is an advantage
Strong continuous improvement mindset with interest or experience in process enhancement, digitalization, or AI-driven HR tools
Data‑driven and analytical, with the ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well‑organized, detail‑minded, and solution‑oriented
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
Knowledge of Oracle HCM is an advantage
