ROLE SUMMARY:

 

An established and highly regarded international school in Madrid, part of the Inspired Education Group, is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Admissions, Enrolment & Costumer Experience to join its leadership team.

 

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the school’s growth, reputation, and family experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will:

 

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of student enrolment and admissions strategy
  • Act as a key ambassador for the school, representing its values and proposition to prospective families
  • Design and implement forward-thinking enrolment strategies to drive sustainable growth
  • Enhance and professionalise admissions processes, systems, and reporting
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the existing admissions team
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, academic leadership, and group stakeholders
  • Optimise the full customer journey from first enquiry to enrolment

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

 

  • Proven experience in a senior admissions/enrolment role (e.g. Head of Admissions, Head of Enrolment or equivalent)
  • Background in an international school environment strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in driving enrolment growth and improving conversion rates
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage families effectively
  • Full fluency in English and Spanish (essential)
  • Strong understanding of international education markets and parent expectations
  • Experience within premium or private education settings is highly valued
