Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Executive Vice President (EVP)


Role Summary

Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer to serve as a key member of our
leadership team and drive operational and relationship excellence as we scale our
business. This is a multifaceted leadership position where you'll oversee aspects of day-today operations while playing a critical role in shaping our strategic direction and activities.


Key Responsibilities
Leadership Scope
Direct management of Sales, Partnerships, Client Success, and Accounting functions.


Core Areas of Responsibility:
• Business operations and strategic planning
• Sales and business development
• Client success and relationship management
• Financial management and accounting oversight
• Team leadership and organizational development


Compensation Package
Base Salary: $170,000 annually
Target Total Compensation: $235,000 annually (Base + MBO bonus at 100% achievement)
Maximum Total Compensation: $250,000 annually (Base + MBO bonus + performance
accelerators)


MBO Structure:
• Quarterly objectives aligned with company priorities
• Target bonus: $65,000 annually ($16,250 per quarter)
• Performance accelerators up to $15,000 annually for exceeding stretch goals
• Payment within 30 days of quarter end


Additional Benefits:

Ideal Candidate Profile
Required Experience:
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
• At least 5 years in senior operational roles
• Proven track record scaling B2B software/SaaS companies
• Experience managing sales, client success, and finance functions
• Strong financial acumen and P&L management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in fintech, banking technology, or financial services software
• Background with regulated industries and compliance
• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Track record in banking software platforms or payment systems


Leadership Qualities:
• Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities
• Hands-on operational leader who drives operational improvement
• Excellent communicator and team builder
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing organization

• Renewing and extending agreements with our 5 existing clients
• Implementing quarterly business review cadence
• Identifying expansion opportunities


Revenue & Pipeline Development
• Improving lead quality and generation (targeting 16+ qualified leads annually)
• Restructuring product pricing for market alignment
• Streamlining contracting and sales processes


Operational Excellence
• Defining customer lifecycle from prospect to evangelist
• Building partnership ecosystem (12 partners, 4 new integrations)
• Developing emerging leaders and succession planning


Strategic Foundation
• Establishing scalable processes and systems
• Creating operational roadmap for sustainable growth
• Partnering with CEO on long-term strategic planning
