Primary Objectives of Position:

• Sell, market, and distribute store items in a manner that will optimize the cooperative’s efficiency


• Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals


• Perform tasks with excellent customer service

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Make proper recommendations and applications of products sold


• Knowledge of prices of products and services


• Work with co-workers and supervisor to achieve monthly sales goals


• Handle claims and complaints in an appropriate manner


• Maintain inventories at levels to assure service with a minimum of delivery delays


• Assist on maintaining an orderly and clean facility


• Comply with all credit terms and policies


• Assist in filling and recertifying propane cylinders
