What You Will Do
As a Barback, you will:
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies
- Assist bartenders during service to ensure speed and efficiency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and storage areas
- Remove trash, clean spills, and keep work areas safe and sanitary
- Refill ice bins and ensure all bar stations are fully prepared
- Support overall guest satisfaction through timely and efficient service

Certifications Requirement
Must obtain a valid Alcohol Server Certification and Food Handler Card within 30 days of hire
Must maintain all required certifications in accordance with state and company guidelines
Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions)
This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (kegs, cases, ice)
- Perform repetitive motions including bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting
- Work quickly and safely in a crowded environment
- Handle wet floors, temperature changes, and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain stamina during peak service hours
