Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Clean driving record
• Good communication skills.
• Stable work history.
• General building maintenance
• Lot maintenance
• Hours are Tuesday through Friday 8:30 am until 6:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (depending on customer needs)

Must Have:

• Good attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
