Sr. Project Manager
The Project Manager at Systems Limited leads and delivers complex IT initiatives across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. This role requires expertise in Agile and traditional methodologies, strong cross-functional coordination, and a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.
Apply suitable project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project requirements.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests to maintain delivery focus.
Ensure timely documentation, progress tracking, and transparent communication with all stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties for effective integration and delivery of external components.
Promote Agile best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives within project teams.
Use tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Azure DevOps for planning, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
Experience
8–10 years of experience managing IT projects with proven success in Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Technical Expertise
Proficiency in Agile and traditional project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and IT delivery frameworks.
Experience coordinating across multiple functions including development, QA, and business teams.
Skills
Excellent leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
