Description of the team/department :  

The IT Architecture and Control (ITAC) team is part of the IT Department and has a transverse role, interacting daily with multiple teams. ITAC coordinates and supports the definition, review, and alignment of IT architectures and practices, ensuring a consistent approach to architecture, control, anomaly management, and policy across the IT environment. 

 

Missions :  

As an apprentice within ITAC, you will contribute to the supervision and control of IT architecture implementation—especially on network and firewall systems. 

Your missions will include: 

  • Supporting the design, documentation, and governance of IT architectures, with a focus on network and firewall flows. 

  • Participating in the detection and management of IT anomalies, helping to investigate issues and propose corrective actions. 

  • Assisting in the application and review of IT control measures to ensure compliance with defined standards, especially for network and firewall configurations. 

  • Contributing to the standardization and implementation of IT policies, ensuring they are understood and applied. 

  • Collaborating with multiple teams to gain a broad understanding of IT services and their operational constraints. 

  • Maintaining clear documentation of architectures, controls, anomalies, and policies. 

  • Developing scripts and automation tools to streamline and optimize ITAC activities, such as architecture reviews, anomaly detection, control checks, and documentation updates. 

Profile :  

Bachelor or Master in Computer Sciences university or engineering school) 

 

 « mandatory » skills  : 

  • Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (L2/L3): Solid understanding of network layers, protocols, routing, switching, and firewall concepts. 

  • Analytical and problemsolving skills: Ability to investigate anomalies, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. 

  • Basic scripting or programming skills (Python): Willingness and ability to develop automation tools in Python to support ITAC activities. 

  • Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to documentation, control checks, and compliancerelated tasks. 

  • Communication skills: Ability to clearly document findings and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. 

 

Duration :   24 months from September 2026-August 2028  

Frequency desired : 3 weeks-1week (best) or 2 weeks-2 weeks
