Job Description

.NET Team Manager

ClearCourse · Kraków · Permanent

You still write code. You also lead people. This role is built for both.

We're looking for a hands-on .NET Team Manager to lead a team of 7–10 developers across multiple products, while spending up to 80% of your time actually building software. You'll own our .NET Centre of Excellence and shape how we develop at scale.

The role

  • Lead, hire and develop a team of 7–10 .NET developers
  • Hands-on design and development — up to 80% of your time
  • Own our .NET Centre of Excellence — standards, practices, tech strategy
  • Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments and operational excellence
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders across the business

You'll need

  • 2+ years leading or managing a software engineering team
  • 5+ years in C# and .NET
  • Frontend skills — TypeScript, Angular or React
  • Azure App Services and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, pipelines, branching)
  • Microservices and client-server architecture experience
  • SaaS and domain-driven design background
  • Agile environment experience
  • Strong English communication skills

Bonus

  • Cross-platform development (iOS, Android, Windows, Linux)
  • Microsoft Playwright
  • Payment systems experience

Why ClearCourse

Fast-growing UK SaaS group. Our Kraków hub is a genuine technology centre — engineers own what they build. You'll shape how the team and codebase scale from here.
