Job Summary:
At Serenity Estates of Freeport, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents. As a PRN Nurse (Per Diem), you will join our team of compassionate and experienced professionals who are committed to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
