The Role:



 



As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing industrial water treatment systems such as boilers, cooling towers, and chemical feed systems. You will work directly with clients to ensure their systems are efficient, safe, and compliant with industry standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Your responsibilities will include:



 



Service & Technical Support:




  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial water treatment equipment.

  • Install, calibrate, and service chemical feed systems at customer locations.

  • Conduct water testing and analysis to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.

  • Document service visits, including test results, repairs, and customer recommendations.

  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers regarding system operations.

  • Respond to service calls and conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction.



 



Product Knowledge & Training:
