Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 1330 Ashleybrook Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 

Location Type: Center-Based
Pay Range: $37,440 - $52,000 (hourly pay, not salary)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our clients. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with autism. You will implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and engage with families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process. Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
  • Collect data on client behaviors and progress
  • Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development
  • Communicate with families about their child's progress and strategies
  • Assist in developing educational materials and resources
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
  • Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
