Key Responsibilities
Maintenance Operations & CMMS Management
- Oversee, schedule, and execute all maintenance activities using our CMMS software.
- Ensure all work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and equipment records are accurately maintained.
- Identify and implement improvements in maintenance processes.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Develop and manage daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with production, facilities, and leadership teams to minimize operational disruptions.
- Assign tasks to maintenance staff and ensure timely, high quality completion.
Parts & Purchasing Coordination
- Work closely with the purchasing department to order necessary parts, tools, and materials.
- Assist with vendor communication and sourcing as needed.
Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safety conscious environment while enforcing all company and OSHA safety protocols.
- Document and address safety concerns or hazards promptly.
Leadership & Communication
- Lead, train, and develop maintenance technicians.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support professional growth.
- Communicate effectively with leadership, technicians, vendors, and other departments.
Required Experience
- Industrial maintenance experience is required in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing maintenance teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance oversight.
- Experience using a CMMS for maintenance planning and recordkeeping (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of maintaining a safe workplace and enforcing safety standards.
Additional Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams.
- Understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
- Competent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and basic data reporting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
