Senior Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our team and play a key role in how we plan, track, and think about the business. This person will work closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional partners to support forecasting/budgeting, reporting, strategic initiatives, and decision-making across the company.
Requirements
- Own and improve monthly forecasting and planning processes
- Co-lead the transition of forecasting and financial reporting to an in-house tool, partnering with technical teams, driving rigorous testing and validation, and helping design and implement the future-state solution
- Partner with teams across the business (Sales, Ops, Accounting, Pricing, HR, etc.) to understand performance drivers and financials impact
- Build and maintain financial models that support strategic decisions
- Analyze variances vs. plan/forecast, clearly explain drivers for senior-level audience
- Prepare reporting materials for leadership, including decks and summaries
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and enhance processes, reporting, and data quality, leveraging AI where appropriate
- Support ad-hoc analysis as business needs evolve
Experience
- 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong modeling skills in Excel – you’re comfortable building from scratch
- Ability to work with large datasets and turn them into actionable insights
- Clear communicator – able to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
- Comfortable operating under tight deadlines and shifting priorities, with the ability to stay organized, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain accuracy
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality, while maintaining the ability to step back and keep the broader business context in mind
- Experience with Tableau, Sage InTacct, Snowflake is a plus
- Demonstrated ability (or strong interest) in leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, drive efficiencies, and enhance productivity
Salary Range: $67k-$80k
