  • You also oversee budget management and resource planning, ensuring teams are well supported and aligned with organizational priorities.

  • On the delivery side, you provide hands‑on leadership and structure, ensuring smooth execution through effective planning, coordination, and facilitation of key delivery activities.

  • You help teams remove obstacles, resolve operational issues, strengthen collaboration, and maintain momentum.

  • You also oversee release execution and governance, including CAB activities, release notes, post‑deployment communications, and end‑to‑end tracking of production deployments.

  • Leveraging your background as a former Development Lead, you play a critical role in defining, coaching, and reinforcing delivery standards and best practices, driving consistency, quality, and continuous improvement through strong leadership.
