Qualifications
The Housekeeper is responsible for housekeeping / janitorial duties and light routine maintenance of facilities in the community.
Responsibilities
- Regularly clean floors, walls, hallways, windows, appliances, light fixtures, furniture, and restrooms.
- Maintain laundry center facilities including cleaning of dryer vents.
- Clean amenity areas including pool deck and equipment, fitness center and equipment, kitchens, clubroom, etc.
- Assist in cleaning vacant apartments as needed.
- Assist in handling minor routine maintenance repairs.
- Assist with snow removal.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.
- Demonstrated housekeeping / janitorial or maintenance ability or experience desirable.
- Able to work overtime and emergency call in.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residency.
- Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.
