he RV Park Lead supports the RV Park/Guest Services Attendant Manager in the daily operations of the RV Park while performing the full range of RV Park Attendant duties. This role helps ensure efficient operations, quality guest service, and adherence to established standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the RV Park/Guest Services Attendant Manager with administrative tasks, Team Member training, shift coverage, and operational support as needed.
- Serves as the primary point of communication for RV Park Attendant Team Members, ensuring they receive clear and accurate information to complete daily tasks.
- Ensures RV Park policies and procedures are followed when making reservations and during guest check-in and check-out.
- Addresses guest concerns, complaints, and suggestions, resolving issues when possible and referring matters to management as appropriate to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Reviews guest special requests and needs documented in the PMS to ensure they are properly handled at check-in.
- Reviews Night Audit documentation to verify billing accuracy, validate and code coupons correctly, and ensure all required paperwork is complete; makes necessary billing and coupon corrections in casino management system.
- Maintains confidentiality and discretion regarding Team Member and guest personal information.
- Maintains awareness of company promotions, events, and programs and communicates relevant information to Team Members and guests.
- Educates guests on Players Club benefits, property amenities, and marketing programs.
- Promotes and models RV Park core values, including Honesty, Personal Integrity, and Team Before Self.
- Other duties as directed by management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, Team Members may be exposed to secondhand tobacco smoke, including regular exposure for those working on the casino floor. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate and can occasionally reach a high level for short periods of time. This position is determined to have a potential for possible exposure to bloodborne pathogens. At times this position requires Team Members to work in all types of weather conditions.
