The Punahou Marching Band serves as a musical ambassador for the Punahou band program and Punahou School. Marching Band is open to all woodwind, brass and percussion students in the Academy. Punahou School is actively recruiting Marching Band Technicians. The Marching Band Technician will assist the Punahou Marching Band Staff with regularly scheduled rehearsals and sectionals during the marching band season and during the school year.

Position Details:

• Work Year: 3 Months
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Work Hours:  Monday - Friday, variable hours, occasional Saturdays and evenings
• Hourly Rate: $20.00/Hour

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma.
• Performance experience as a member of a collegiate marching band and / or DCI Drum Corps and / or WGI Winds / Percussion Ensemble.
• Collegiate level performance skill on a woodwind, brass, or percussion instrument.
• Available to attend regular rehearsals and performances of the Punahou Marching Band during the marching band season.
