Export & Import Executive- Your future position?

As an Export Import Executive with Givaudan, the global leader in fragrance and flavor industry, you will super-vise, coordinate, monitor and to ensure all imports shipment activities from order execution to delivery of goods are on track and within KPI. In this exciting role you also will:

  • Track shipment(s) daily and address delivery issues with relevant stakeholder internally and externally.
  • Work in conjunction with customs broker(s) to ensure all required customs clearance procedures and documen-tation are complied with.
  • Check conformity of import documents for correct values, commodity classifications, tariff codes and authoriza-tions, and record delivery in SAP.
  • Participate in the creation of reports or records concerning potential or verified matters of non- compliance.
  • Assist with internal and/or external audits and assessments.
  • Maintain records of import shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory require-ments and local import regulations.
  • May lead a small team of shipment administrators.
  • Monitor, advise and provide training to Shipping staff with regard to the interpretation of import laws and regu-lations, applicable policies and procedures and product classification.
