Job Description

Join IS&T's Services Technology team and build cutting-edge IT systems for Apple TV+ Studio & Production and Music operations. As a Sr. Software Engineer, you'll architect and develop large-scale web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality solutions in a fast paced environment. You'll own applications end-to-end, working full stack and contributing to a robust technology ecosystem.

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated senior software engineer to join our dynamic and expanding team. In this role, you will be part of a larger engineering team working on highly integrated applications in a fast paced environment. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Design and Product, to design and develop complex, distributed, high-quality solutions with tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 7 + years programming experience in Java, or Node.js, and frontend Javascript frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js.
  • 7 + years experience using SQL or NoSQL Databases.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) and testing frameworks (e.g. JUnit).
  • Experience working with distributed, global teams.
  • Experience working with observability and monitoring systems such as Dynatrace or DataDog.
  • Experience working in highly integrated systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work and solve problems independently.
  • Experience with continuous integration (e.g. Jenkins) and testing frameworks for Unit, API and integration testing(e.g. JUnit).
  • Experience using Agentic AI for development, testing and DevOps.
