• Knowledge of inventory, ordering systems required. 
• Resident profile/production system experience
• Experience in all duties in the dietary department including scheduling/education/discipline, dietary aide and cook duties

Job Qualifications:

• Education: Advanced degree preferred. ServSafe Certified Required
• Experience: One year of management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
