Summers Rubber Company is a leading industrial distributor specializing in mechanical rubber products, hose assemblies, and fluid transfer solutions. We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Fabricator who enjoys working with tools, building products, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is more than a warehouse job—it’s an opportunity to develop technical skills in fabrication and assembly with a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Cut and assemble industrial hose, rubber, and gasket materials to customer specifications
• Build hose assemblies using a variety of tools and fabrication equipment
• Accurately pull, fill, and prepare customer orders
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Assist customers at the service counter with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
• Experience in fabrication, assembly, or industrial environments preferred
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with fluid power, hose, plumbing, or HVAC products is a plus
