Job Description
Overview:
The Scanner-General Office Administrator   Will scan all necessary documents into scanner with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy which will include filing as assigned by management and any additional administrative office duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and no experience necessary but scanning and filing experience is a PLUS! He or she must be detail-oriented and proficient with filing.

Responsibilities:
  • Scan many different documents with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Run scan reports & export to excel & follow up on issues.
  • Work with One-View team when needed for projects/system issues.
  • File various items related to the accounting office.
  • Maintain two file rooms with a strong attention to detail, organization and accuracy.
  • Assist with data purging products.
  • Assist Business Manager and Office Manager
  • Assist various positions and team members in the business office as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
