About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead census development and referral growth for our skilled nursing facilities in the Sioux City, IA market. The ideal candidate brings proven SNF marketing experience, strong hospital and community relationships, and a track record of driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing and census development plans

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners

• Conduct regular facility and referral source visits to drive admissions

• Monitor census trends and adjust strategies to meet occupancy goals

• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical, and Executive teams

• Represent the organization at community events and networking opportunities

• Track and report marketing metrics and ROI

• Support brand positioning and reputation management in the local market

Qualifications

• Required: Proven marketing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or long-term care setting

• Strong existing relationships in the Sioux City or surrounding healthcare market preferred

• Demonstrated success growing census in a SNF environment

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to analyze data and execute strategic initiatives

• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
