
About this Position
The HRDirect LCM Analyst will be responsible for comprehensively managing the employee lifecycle across select countries in the Americas, ensuring the accurate processing of onboarding, offboarding, salary increases, and data maintenance through internal platforms. The role serves as a key point of contact for managers and HRBPs, handling communication with payroll, generating letters, and proactively resolving various administrative requests.What you´ll do
- Works on tasks as defined by process / departments (where employee is assigned).
- Provides administrative support for the process.
- Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise
- Register personal information of the colleagues in the platform.
- Update and keep day to day the information based on information from other areas.
