Pay: $50,000-$65,000 per year

Your Contributions Matter
As our Service Advisor, you will:
- Welcome customers and assist with repair and maintenance needs
- Serve as the central communication hub for the service department
- Monitor and manage work orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure jobs meet company standards
- Oversee technician performance and MST usage
- Help manage department costs and maintain service efficiency
- Address challenges proactively and keep the team aligned with departmental goals
Your leadership, organization, and communication skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and team success.
What's Required?
- 3+ years of experience in John Deere service department operations
- Knowledge of standard job pricing, commission‑based compensation, and basic service department financial principles
- Basic accounting skills
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Strong teamwork and leadership qualities
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
