Job Description

Operations Administrator Support
Location: In Office Abilene TX – Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (OT as needed)
Schedule: Occasional weekend support may be required

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our Operations team. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate operational data, supporting project managers, and ensuring daily reporting and administrative functions run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple administrative tasks.



Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily auditing and review of employee time records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Generate and distribute time reporting and operational reports as needed
  • Maintain direct communication with Project Managers regarding time entries and corrections
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations as needed
  • Assist with travel coordination and logistics for field technicians
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records across internal systems
  • Ensure operational data and documentation remain organized and up to date
  • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed



Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and general administrative software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Previous operations, project coordination, or administrative experience preferred



Work Environment

  • This position will begin as an in-office role (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
  • Hybrid flexibility may be considered in the future based on performance and operational needs.
  • Occasional weekend support may be required.
