Physical Therapist needed for small SNF in lower Westchester County.  Must be registered in New York State and qualified to work in a rehabilitation facility with adult residents of all ages, for both short term care and long-term care.    Will have staff to supervise and must report to the Director of Rehabilitation for assignments and documentation of all treatments.  Knowledge of Sigma Care a plus, experience in nursing home setting required.
